You need to have the battery load tested. Sometimes cells will fail or they have enough volts, but not enough amps. Interstate Battery Outlets will do it free of charge and it takes 2 minutes..

Hi, Please first place an excercise weight on the scale . The scale might be attempting to calibrate it's sensors before being able to properly weight unknown items. After 30 seconds, it might ask you for some kind of input to specify the weight of the test item. Otherwise, you'll need to factory reset your scale. Thank you.
