Offline change
Just go to Devices and Printers from Control Panel, Right click on your Printer and click on See Whats Printing or Print Status, Once you click on it the Printer Spool Window would appear there click on File and make sure use Printer Off line is not checked. If its not checked and you have the same issue its an issue with the driver the Printer has to be reinstalled.

You need to check that your Printer is not in Printer Offline using mode. For this, you need to go to Devices in Windows settings and then click on Printers. Now, choose your own Printer from the list and then click on Open queue. Make sure that the Use Printer Offline option is unchecked. If it is checked, uncheck it.

Hi, relate to the colour toner density of the colour units. If it is dirty inside the machine or the grey reference plate is dirty it can cause this code. Also if there is any patches on the mag rollers which is not covered in toner as it should be that can cause the problem. Check the code 08-824 to check for the unit causing the problem. 08-824 ,sub code 0 (yellow), 1 (magenta), 2 (cyan). They should be at 0, if there is a 1 in there then there is a problem with that unit.

Try to take color cartridges off and check out if they are dirty. Then put them back. Sometimes that's enough..
