No water comes out of the wand
I had this problem and here is the solution. Remove the cover where the water supply hose goes into the diverter fitting. It is on the left side of the toilet and has a single screw. It is where the washlet shutoff valve is. On top of this valve (diverter) are two brass fittings. One is built into the diverter and the other is coming from the top. The top fitting should fit into the bottom fitting. If you look closely, the top brass fitting is connected to a gray hose. The two brass fittings need to be tightly coupled. If they come apart (by more than 1/8 inch) water will not enter the washlet. There is a check valve that will prevent water flow. Depending upon the manufacturing dates, there are units with and without fastener guides that hold these two brass parts together. Mine had a plastic piece which did a poor job of holding these pieces together. Customer support told me that I needed a metal fastener and instructed me to remove the plastic fastener. When I held the two brass parts together the washlet worked fine. So, when I get the metal fastener I expect the washlet to work again.

Toto washlet s300 has developed slow leak from behind brass connection and plastic.
If you are able to identify the source of the leak, you may be able to fix it yourself. If the leak is coming from the brass connection, you may need to replace the connection or tighten it. If the leak is coming from the plastic, you may need to replace the plastic part or use a sealant to stop the leak. If you are unable to identify the source of the leak, it is best to contact a professional plumber to help you diagnose and repair the issue.

The stream on "Rear" is weak on my new Toto Washlet GL since I got it 1 week ago. The "Soft Rear" setting works OK, but the normal Rear wash is no stronger than the "Soft" setting.
It sounds like you may have a problem with the water pressure for the rear wash setting on your Toto Washlet. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure that the water supply hoses for your washlet are securely attached and not kinked or clogged.
- Check the water pressure at the source (e.g., the wall outlet or the valve under the sink). If the water pressure is low, that could be the cause of the weak stream.
- If the water pressure is fine, try cleaning the nozzle for the rear wash setting. Sometimes debris can accumulate in the nozzle and cause the stream to be weak.
- If none of these troubleshooting steps help, you may need to contact Toto customer service for further assistance. They should be able to provide you with additional guidance or arrange for a service technician to come and check your washlet.

Delay on tank fill after flush. Toto Drake bowl ada elongatred
I am not a plumber but stumbled across the solution on my own. While watching the float during the flush cycle, it was obvious that it was very slow in moving downward along with the water level in the tank. The problem was that the small opening in the float chamber was partially clogged. Using just my fingers, I reached under the float chamber and cleaned off any debris that was blocking the opening underneath the float chamber. Put the float back on, and instantly the problem was solved. The tank fill started immediately after I flushed.
