Where can I enter my key code I just purchased a 2 year
If you open up your "My Computer" window (you can do this by pressing the Start button and the letter E at the same time), you will see an icon that resembles a CD or something similar. Double clicking it will open up an installation window where you must follow the instructions given to install it and insert your credentials.

My webroot won't scan, let
Webroot SpySweeper was discontinued in August of 2011 and replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere. All Webroot users should visit the Webroot site for a free upgrade to SecureAnywhere, which resolves any issues with the old software.
Problem installing webroot
Webroot Spy Sweeper was discontinued in August of 2011 and replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere. This upgrade solved all known and many unknown issues with SpySweeper and was provided free to all existing users.
Cannot press the scan now
As of late 2011, Webroot Spy Sweeper was replaced by Webroot SecureAnywhere, which does not encounter problems with the Scan Now button. This new version was provided for free to all existing users and should be used instead of SpySweeper now.
Webroot is telling me to
You are correct that the symptom you describe is caused by something interfering with Webroot. However as of late 2011, all Webroot security software was replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere, which does not have problems like this. The upgrade was provided for free to all existing users at the time.
Spy vs spy game wont work
As of Late 2011, SpySweeper was discontinued and replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere. This was provided as a free upgrade to all existing users. If SpySweeper was the cause of the issue, the upgrade would resolve it. If Spy vs Spy is, in this case, unrelated to Webroot SpySweeper, then this cannot be helped.
Webroot won't turn on
As of Late 2012, Webroot Antivirus was replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere, which resolved all issues with the prior products and was provided as a free upgrade for all existing users.
Computer shutdown
The older version of Window Washer did not support "Shut Down" on Windows 7, and the entire product line has since been discontinued. If you are able to find a copy of the newer version of Window Washer, you can recover that feature, however the newer version also enforces the annual subscription and will likely show as expired now. Alternately, you can make use of SecureAnywhere, which contains a cleanup feature, or other products such as CCleaner.
In all reality though, with the exception of Temporary files, cleaning up files will rarely (though not never) provide a security benefit or computer performance benefit. Most of the functions that can be performed through specialized cleanup utilities can also be performed through Windows Drive Cleanup directly in Windows 7 as well.
Webroot spyware wont scan
As of 2013, Spy Sweeper has been discontinued and replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere. No protection definitions are provided for SpySweeper anymore and it should not be used.
Not accept keycode
Both Best Buy and Webroot Support can provide you with assistance. The most common cause of Best Buy Keycodes failing is when Best Buy does not activate them at the time of purchase, so checking back with Best Buy should be your first bet. If that does not resolve the issue, Webroot support can be reached in the US at 1-866-612-4268 and various other numbers internationally.
