Your problem is not with the washing machine. I suspect that the drain line for your toilet is obstructed further down the line than your snake can reach. If you have a clean out riser to your sewer system, flush the toilet while someone else is watching the flow past the clean out. I would say that renting a sewer line snake at a tool rental like Home Depot would solve your problem. Good luck
F1 Error Code On Whirlpool Cabrio
I just called Whirlpool...800-253-1301 in USA and a lovely lady informed that there is a recall on the Cabrio Whirlpool washer for the F1 code. We set an appointment and the service call and parts will be free to fix the issue.

If you push the tub to any side it should not be real easy and come back to the center with some force. If the above is good you shouldn't need springs. make sure that you load it evenly
