Xerox docucolor 12 system fault 15-362
Fault Code 15-362 - CAUTION: The Fuser Roll remains in a cammed-up position if power to the copier is interrupted while the copier is in use. The Fuser Roll will not be released from its position until the power is restored, the Power Switch is in the On position, and the Start button is pressed again. If the Fuser Roll remains in the cammed-up position for a prolonged period of time, copy quality defects will occur. To prevent damage to the Fuser Roll, switch the Power On as soon as possible after the power is restored, and make a copy of a document. If the machine is a DC 12LP send a print job from a workstation to prevent damage to the Fuser Roll.
Xerox DCCS50 to DC12, change Cobra with X12 fiery
at the end of setting up network settings it should ask if you want to save settings, click yes then its enabled. i have never had a fiery that doesnt hold its settings so its probably something you arent pressing.
there is an issue with one of the mac OS's that it just doesnt like the old fiery rips and you will never be able to print, but i'm not that clued up on the mac side and cant remember, sorry.
from your add printer section it should automatically see the x12 and give you the options of a hold, print and direct queue. I f you havent got a pc then the only queues that is useful to you is direct. Print holds the job on the hard drive and will eventually fill the server
Cannot conect my printer to my wireless network
Don't know why this becomes an issue with these type of HP printers but i think ive worked a way around it...
Heres how you do it: (XP)
Control Panel>Printers and faxes>
Then select "Add printer" and choose the first option (Local printer attached to this computer)
An errormessage will appear saying they were unable to find printer. Click next to find the printer manually...
Now select "Create a new port" and choose standard TCP/IP... Ignore the list of different types of printers, now select "From Disk" and then click next... Once The computer recognizes the printer, it all should be in order...
Hope this could help you...!

I have DC12 Printer with
The easiest way to solve this is to use XP. Xerox did not release drivers for this machine for Vista or Windows 7.
Error code PCL6 incomplete session by time out
That is normally caused by firmware corruption. You can go to Xerox.com, click on support and drivers, then in the search box enter pe120, then go to drivers and downloads and download the newest machine firmware . There are directions on how to install the firmware , make sure you follow them step by step. It's pretty easy and should resolve your problem.
