Does the power button light up when it is charging? If not, either the charger, battery, or device itself is defective. It could be one of the three or a combination of two. Since it does operate while plugged in, I would try yet another battery for it sound's most likely like a dead or weak battery is the culprit.

You need to get back the driver. You can download the driver from ZTE website ( unfortunately, I don't know what specific driver do you wanted< you do not specify what ZTE driver you needed> ). Please see my tips on how.... to make complete / clear question on FixYa.

what is your question... I am assuming that your sent line 'admin and password', refers to a wifi modem unit and that ADMIN is the 'admin-word' which you need to type in the first space and PASSWORD is the 'password', needed to access the settings of you router. One you are in to the router settings page, you can chose your own words for admin and password. but write them down otherwise you will be stuffed and locked out.

You won't be able to, the first thing I would do is plug it in and gently lift the plug up then down and see at what position it starts charging. I would also tray another charger, their cheap on amazon.

If you havn't gotten wireless working yet, open device manager, right click on network adapters/wireless icon, choose properties,then dropdown hardware id's right click and choose copy, if XP highlight and click control C, then paste in google, once results come up look for a common Device id in the headers of the results like realtek 8140(example) most of the links in results make you jump through hoops to access the driver and install a bunch of garbage on ur comp, so re-search with the common description and try and get from Mfg's website, sometimes you have to use the compatable ID's if first gets no results, All this after trying windows update first.
